As a Business Central reselling partner, you must set up your employees to work in Partner Center, and you must assign employees to support your customers. When you request a reseller relationship with a customer, you can choose to include delegated administration privileges for Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and Microsoft 365 in the request email that you send to the customer.
Since February 2022, you can request access to your customer's tenant with granular delegated admin privileges. This way, you set up security groups to specify which users in your own organization must have access to a specific customer as Dynamics 365 administrator or any other role you prefer. For more information, see Introduction to granular delegated admin privileges (GDAP) in the Partner Center content. We recommend that you switch off any existing relationship and request granular delegated admin privileges instead. For more information, see the GDAP FAQ.

When you request a friend on Facebook, you are only notified of the status of your request if the person accepted the request. Facebook users who receive requests have the option of not taking action on your request or denying it. Though Facebook does not have a notification system for denied requests, you can still determine if your friendship request was denied.
Look at the gray button next to the person's name. If the button reads "Friend Request Sent," the person has not yet accepted or declined your friend request. If the button reads "+1 Add Friend," the person denied your friendship request.

On the other hand, if your relationships are purely professional, you are better off thinking twice before hitting the accept button.
There are also best practices to follow as a senior manager or executive. In your position you could put your team in an uncomfortable position with an ill considered friendship request. Make sure you contemplate your company culture and the relationship you have with each employee before initiating social media contact.
